Dear Families,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Teaghan Darling and I will be the school counselor while Mrs. Rivetti is on maternity leave. I am looking forward to being a part of the Cranford School District and working with you and your students! I have heard wonderful things about the Cranford community and feel extremely lucky to be a part of it.
My passion is to help students with their emotional, social, and academic development. I received my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Caldwell University. I have certifications in P-3, K-6, and Students with Disabilities. I decided to return to school immediately after graduating in May 2021, and have just completed my Masters degree in school counseling this past month. I interned in the Bloomfield School District for the past year and a half as a school counselor. I have experience working with students individually, teaching SEL lessons, holding small group counseling sessions, and helping students with their academic needs.
